Caitlin McWilliams

A partner, mama, yoga teacher, yoga student, and an outdoor enthusiast.  During the Fall, Winter, and Spring, she works with students who are processing traumas, lifting out of depression, and balancing anxiety by applying the physical, intellectual and spiritual practice of yoga in addition to teaching her regular Monday night Flow and Yoga Nidra classes.  But in the Summer, she wants to be outside - camping, climbing, running, hiking, and everything in between.  While she has always taken her personal yoga practice with her on these outdoor adventures, she wanted to find a way to more formally offer yoga classes in the wild to maximize the pleasure of our incredible Montana summers. 

 

She has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has completed a number of advanced trainings in healing modalities including Street Yoga, Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga Therapy, Reiki I and II, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and LifeForce Yoga trainings.  She continues to pursue tools for applying yoga for mental health and well-being and can't wait to set her yoga practice free with you!

Anna Bradley

Anna lives in Helena with her husband and her dogs, and has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She received her first yoga teaching certification in power vinyasa in 2012 in Washington, DC; since then, she's gone on to train in several different areas, including mindful use of yoga with veterans, hands-on assisting, and teaching to people with physical disabilities.

 

Anna teaches vinyasa-style classes throughout the year at studios in the Helena, MT area, and has also offered periodic series on subjects like Chair Yoga and in-depth learning of the living yoga principles. When she isn't teaching yoga, she and her husband are in the woods with their dogs and enjoying the beautiful landscapes available in Montana. This is especially true in the summer! She wanted to be able to offer classes to other people with a similar interest in becoming more mindful and getting outside, and she's looking forward to a summer of working with people to help them get outside, enjoy the amazing scenery, and share her own practice and passion with others
